Catin is an antic doll from the 1920'. I have found her on a flea market in Paris. ‘ Catin ' is the 18th century French word for doll. Today it designates a prostitute.

Within a year I took many photographs of the doll in the facilities of my own space, moving her around trying to figure out who she is.

I wrote a story about her as part of an exhibition. Click on the square to download the pdf file.
